To be granted an Australian Credit Licence we must comply with a strict set of regulations designed to promote ethical business practices and consumer protection, including: abiding by responsible lending guidelines, obeying advertising and disclosure requirements, company officers having appropriate tertiary qualifications, being a member of an approved External Dispute Resolution scheme, maintaining current Professional Indemnity insurance, and, meeting probity and credit-worthiness requirements.

The Australian Credit Licensing scheme is designed to ensure protection for consumers when dealing with finance brokers and credit providers.
Our external dispute resolution scheme is The Financial Ombudsman Service. The FOS fairly and independently resolves disputes between consumers — including some small businesses — and member financial services providers. Membership of the Financial Ombudsman Service is open to any financial services provider carrying on business in Australia.
